Who I Am
I am a commercial real estate advisor, Senior Vice President and Partner at Voit Real Estate Services.
I’m a specialist in owner/occupier commercial building sales and tenant representation throughout Orange County and Los Angeles County. Prior to joining Voit Real Estate Services, I was a top producer for an Irvine based commercial real estate brokerage firm where I focused on contemporary office space in Irvine Spectrum and Newport Beach.
Originally from Orange County, I worked in lifestyle marketing prior to starting my career in commercial real estate. My time spent in a creative work environment, coupled with my understanding of the construction process, has given me a unique perspective on the needs of commercial tenants and buyers in the market.
Focusing on long-term value and relationships has been a key to my success.

Linda Ly is a California licensed commercial real estate agent and a Senior Associate of Voit Real Estate Services in Irvine, a full-service commercial real estate company. Specializing in owner user sales and tenant representation in the Orange County real estate market, Ms. Ly maintains strong ties with her clientele by way of her strong work ethic, honesty, integrity, and passion, offering a truly unique approach to commercial real estate.
Prior to joining Voit, Ms. Ly was an associate at Lee & Associate’s Irvine office where she specialized in the sale and leasing of office throughout Southern California.
